A man harassed a gay couple with racist insults in San Francisco this weekend, leading them to seek shelter in a hotel, videos of the event show.

“I’m not racist. I served this goddamn country,” the man, wearing a blue jacket and shorts, shouts at the couple in the videos. “So I’m not racist. I don’t like you f—king Asian motherf—kers in my country.”

KTVU reporter Henry Lee obtained footage of the incident, which took place on 7th and Market streets Sunday afternoon.

Clips shared on Twitter and with KTVU show the man hurling insults at the couple as they walk down the street.

“I’m going to whoop your f—king ass and his f—king worthless ass,” he tells the couple in the video, later adding, “Your mother was worthless because she didn’t abort your sorry ass.”

“I don’t like you motherf—kers,” he shouts. “You better back the f—k up!”

One of the victims and a witness at the scene recorded the incident, which ended just outside of the San Francisco Proper.

“You can call 911 all you want, you motherf—ker,” he tells them in the video, as the couple enters the hotel to escape the harassment.

“You Asian piece of s—t!” he shouted at them before the recording began, KTVU reported.

In a second recording of the incident, another witness approaches the man as he walks away, wanting to talk. “Hey brother,” the witness says, to which the harasser replies, “I’m not your brother.”

San Francisco police did not immediately respond to a request for comment from SFGATE.
