PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled July 21 in Wood County Magistrate Court:

* William Jacob Breyfogle, Jackson, Ohio, pleaded no contest to a stoplight violation and fined $180.25.

* Randall Wayne Sharp Jr., Vienna, pleaded guilty to unauthorized acts with regard to wildlife and fined $195.25.

* Samantha D. Place, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended or revoked license and having no proof of insurance and fined $640.50.

* Jamie Lee McCormick, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to selling beer to someone under 21 and fined $195.25.

* Carl Jackson Life, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of indecent exposure and released on $2,000 bond.

* Trisha Nicole Chute, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering, destruction of property and trespassing. She was held on $6,000 bond.

* Henry Theodore Allen Sr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a personal safety order and held on $1,000.

* Casey James Kiggans, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense shoplifting and trespassing. Kiggans was released on $1,000 bond.

* Nathan Charles Davis, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense shoplifting and released on $1,000 bond.

* Francis Neal Waggoner Jr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver fentantyl and held on $75,000 bond.

* Tavion Dujuan Blue, Akron, was arraigned on a charge of possession/manufacture of fentantyl and held on $200,000 bond.

* Ryan Raymond Sleight, Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of mistreatment of a disabled child and child abuse creating risk of injury. He was released on $4,000 bond.

* Caitlyin Marie Drake, Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of obstructing an officer and public intoxication. Drake was released on $2,000 bond.

* Austin James Parker, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of leaving the scene of an accident and immediate notification property damage of $1,000. He was released on $1,000 bond.

* Larichshia M. McCallister, Akron, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and released on $1,000 bond.

* Brian Robert Sanders, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to charges of domestic battery and obstruction, fined $390.50 and placed on one year of home confinement. Charges of disorderly conduct and domestic assault were dismissed.

* Jeremih Travis Harper, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and fined $642.86. He has six months to pay.

* Tiffany Ann Wilkes, Vienna, had a preliminary hearing waived for charges of receiving or transfering a stolen vehicle and manufacture/deliver/ possess with intent to manufacture/deliver a Schedule 1 or 2 Narcotic.

* Alexis Dawn Montgomery, Little Hocking, had a preliminary hearing waived for a count of third-offense shoplifting. The case was bound over to Circuit Court

* Wayne Everett Smith, Athens, pleaded no contest to speeding and fined $180.25.

* Jonah M. Congrove, Waverly, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $190.25.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were handled July 22-24 in Wood County Magistrate Court:

* Scott Emerson McIlvain, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction, battery of a police officer, fleeing on foot and a capias warrant for shoplifting. He was held on $6,000 bond.

* Gerald Christopher Piggott, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violating a protective order and released on $2,000 bond.

* Sierra Dawn Leasure, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and released on $500 bond.

* Deborah Lynn Martin, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of not having a required working septic system at a residence where people live. Martin was released on $1,000 bond.

* Andrew J. Caplinger, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of petit larceny and released on $2,000 bond.

* Amber Marie Wolf, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violating a protective order and released on $1,000 bond.

* Cassandra Leigh DeVan, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of child neglect and released on $3,000 bond.

* Ashlee Dawn Martin, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and improper registration. She was released on $500 bond.

* Dakota Boyles, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of speeading, reckless driving, having no operators license and failure to maintain control. Boyles was released on $1,000 bond.

* Laura E. Lewis, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of sale of alcohol to an underaged person and released on $500 bond.

* Gretta T. Champ, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of having expired MVI, having expired registration, having no proof of insurance and failure to produce operator’s license. Champ was released on $500 bond.

* Stanley Edward Bowers, was arraigned on a charge of being a fugitive from Washington County, Ohio, on charges of contempt for failure to appear and violation of community control. He is being held and court action will be set in Wood County Circuit Court.

* Jo Brady Snyder, Gay, W.Va., had a preliminary hearing waived on two counts of fraudulent schemes. The case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Isaiah Howard Ohse, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to receiving or transferring stolen goods, fined $180.25 and sentenced to 30 days in jail.

* Henry Theodore Allen Sr., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a personal safety order and released on $2,000 bond.

* William Gale Everett II, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction, disorderly conduct, failure to fingerprint, violation of bond and five counts of battery of a police officer. He was held on $30,000 bond.

* Gregory Alan Horner, Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a revoked for third-offense DUI and released on $1,000 bond.

* Eric Matthew Parsons, Rockport, was arraigned on charges of expired MVI, no proof of insurance, expired insurance and defective equipment. Parsons was released on $2,000.

* Jacob Mathew Williams, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of attempted burglary and released on $5,000 bond.

* Zachary Maxwell Wilson, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a revoked license for DUI and released on $1,000 bond.

* Jeremiah Grady Heaton, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of of shoplifting, trespassing and two counts of shoplifting as well as capias warrants for obstruction and three counts of shoplifting. Heaton was held on $5,000 bond.

* Alexandria E. Hershberger, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and fined $270.25.

* Robeyn Mackenzie Bush, Harrisville, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without an inspection sticker and having no proof of insurance and fined $175.25.

* Nathan Eric Staats, Vienna, pleaded guilty to having no proof of insurance and having no operator’s license and fined $550.50.
