Wilda L. Bungard, 84 of Davisville, WV, passed away April 18, 2021.

She was born in Braxton County the daughter of the late James Artho and Lena Juanita Jackson Norman.

She enjoyed baking, cooking, gardening, sewing, quilting and going to auctions, yard sales and gospel sings with her husband. She above all loved and was dedicated to her family, she would light up when her grandchildren and great grandchildren were around. She was always selfless, always putting others before her and caring for her special needs daughter for 30 years. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, The Stillwell United Methodist church were she was active with The Stillwell Homemakers Club.

She is survived by her children, Kenneth R. Bungard Jr. of Davisville and Kimberly K. Bungard Jones (Rick) of Murphytown. Her grandchildren, Ryan Bungard (Brittany), Ariel Yoho (Justin), Holly Fornash (Tyler) and Jonathon Jones. Her great grandchildren, Ryker and Zayne Bungard, Landon and Brooklyn Yoho, Colton and Braxton Fornash. One sister, Dolleta Bennett of Amesville, OH.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Kenneth R. Bungard Sr. Her daughter, Karen Sue Bungard and one sister, Rosalie Gay Robb.

Funeral services will be Thursday at 1:00pm at the Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg with Pastor Dan Martin officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 2-8pm.
