The Celeb JoJo Siwa Called Rude Made A Vid Explaining What Actually Went Down Between Them – Pedestrian.TV
In some of the world’s most random celebrity beef, Full House actress Candace Cameron Bure has apologised after JoJo Siwa labelled her the “rudest” celeb she’d ever met via TikTok.
Oh, to have an unexpected feud with a teenager. Doja Cat and Noah Schnapp are taking notes RN.
ICYMI, former Dance Moms star JoJo Siwa shared a rather spicy TikTok about some of the meanest celebs she’s encountered as well as some of the “coolest”. Surprisingly the white devil herself Abby Lee Miller made zero appearances. Colour me shooketh.
Siwa took to TikTok (try and say that one fast) as part of a viral challenge where you reveal the meanest and nicest celeb you’ve met by quickly flashing a pic of them on your phone.
It’s all meant to be fun and games, because literally anyone can just pause the video and see who it is you’re talking about.

According to the vid, the rudest celebrity Siwa had run into was Bure. I know, a bit of a random person to call out. Also a bit of a stretch to call her a “celebrity” but honestly everyone and their nonna is considered famous these days.
The two briefly interacted on the couch of The Kelly Clarkson Show, which initially led some people to believe something happened backstage. Siwa is an out and proud pansexual and Bure is an out and proud Jesus freak. You do the math.
But Bure has now posted a lengthy video to Insta explaining she’d reached out to Siwa about her TikTok to try and get to the bottom of the rudeness allegations.
“I wanna talk about the JoJo situation,” she said in the vid.
“Honestly, I was shocked when I saw the TikTok on Sunday and had no idea where it came from… I immediately tried to reach out to her through a mutual friend and my publicist contacted her manager and I DM’d her, because I didn’t know what happened.”
“So I was finally able to talk to JoJo this morning. I called and we had a great conversation,” she continued.
According to Bure, JoJo told her she didn’t realise the video would go viral and that it was just a “silly TikTok trend”.
Bure said she told JoJo she only remembered meeting her on The Kelly Clarkson Show and in her mind, that “went really great”.
Apparently JoJo agreed — and the incident in question was actually at a different event. The thick plottens.
It turns out that when JoJo was 11, she went to the Fuller House premiere and asked Bure for a piccy on the red carpet. Bure told her “not right now” but then continued taking pics with other people.
Bure said she apologised for the whole sitch over the phone and JoJo reassured her, saying she “wasn’t even mean” and that she “gets it now she’s an adult”.
“I said: ‘Please know, especially as a mom, it breaks my heart that I made you feel that way and I’m sorry to your mom too that I did that to her daughter’,” Bure said.
Slightly weird response there but we move!
Bure then turned the situation into a hashtag life lesson about mindfulness online.
“I think the lesson that we can learn is to be mindful… no matter how many followers you have, even a ten second trending TikTok video can do damage, because our words matter and our actions matter,” she said.
“Whether you have 50 million followers or 500 followers or five followers, we all influence the people around us.”
In her TikTok video Siwa also revealed Zendaya was her celebrity crush, Miley Cyrus was the nicest celeb she’s ever met and Elton John was the coolest.
As for the celeb who’s done her dirty? Well, the image Siwa flashed to the screen was of none other than Spongebob Squarepants himself.
You might think that Siwa has some kind of strange beef with the animated sponge but this was really a tongue-in-cheek way to call out Nickelodeon as a company.
In case you forgot, the maestros of green slime didn’t invite Siwa to the Kids’ Choice Awards after she cut her hair and publicly came out. She had been invited every other year before.
Representatives of Nickelodeon, if I see you in the streets it is immediately on sight.
