Friday, April 16
Queer Bait: House of Alxndr Invasion. East Atlanta’s gay bar limits capacity but is reopen with $5 cover and per-drink pricing @ Mary’s, 7 p.m. – 10 p.m. Taylor Alxndr will also perform a Janelle Monet tribute on Sunday @ Twitch.
Bloodthirsty. The highly buzzed lesbian werewolf film gets the Out on Film treatment before its wide-stream debut. Tickets include OOF conversation with the director and two stars @ Eventive, available to stream at noon on Friday, then remains online through Sunday.
Excuse the Art. Fly On A Wall hosts its annual works-in-progress performance series, also called “ETA.” Three more nights each with unique lineups @ Windmill Arts Center, 8 p.m. each night through Sunday.
Friday BBQ. Atlanta’s gay sports bar is going long for customers with in-person and to-go food and cocktails. Fridays are extra special with a taste escape to backyard ‘cues @ Woofs, 11:30 a.m. – 10 p.m.
F*ck It Friday. Drop in on a full day and night of specials. Andrew opens, then JayR and Eric bring it home with a different guest VJ every week. Anything goes @ Hideaway, 2 p.m. – 3 a.m.
Glitz & Glam Dinner Theater. Dinner and a show amid the fancy theater experience of Atlanta’s premiere drag restaurant and bar. Make Reservations @ Lips Atlanta, 6 p.m., 9 p.m. and the Taboo Show at 11:30 p.m.
Ha Ha Hapeville. What started in a gay couple’s backyard now brings lots of laughs out with beer, masks and distancing @ Arches Brewing, Hapeville, 8 p.m.
Fem Friday. The backyard and patio are open for women who love women who love open-air parties, with two socially distanced and masked levels indoors @ My Sister’s Room, 9 p.m. – 3 a.m.
25 & Up. Dance mixes, shirtless gays of a certain age, masks and more @ Heretic, 10 p.m.
Sin Friday. Dancers, drinks and DJ Rob Reum @ Ten Atlanta, 10 p.m.
Madams of the Moonlight. Legendary queens doing legendary things @ Midtown Moon, 10 p.m.
Saturday, April 17
DJ Guy Scheiman. The Tel Aviv hottie flies in from the most vaccinated nation in the world to play dance music @ Heretic, 10 p.m.
Front Runners. One of two weekly group runs with Atlanta’s LGBTQ @ John Howell Park, 9 a.m.
Hotlanta Soccer. Weekly practice until tournament play is safer. Every week @ Central Park, 10 a.m.
NFFLA: Mini Camp. The teams are beginning to take shape for National Flag Football League in Atlanta. Before they do, learn some moves, find a team, or shake off the cobwebs @ Silverbacks Park, 2 p.m. It’s just one of the LGBTQ Sports Leagues back in action.
The Dark Beyond the Stars. From Atlanta’s LGBTQ sci-fi, fantasy and gaming group comes the OurReaders Book Club. Read up and join this month’s online discussion of Frank M. Robinson’s novel @ Zoom, 2 p.m.
All Stripes Watch Party. Atlanta United’s LGBTQ pro soccer fan group gathers for drinks, eats and the televised match in open-air environs @ Coda Collective, 3 p.m.
#Daydrunk. Drink specials put you to bed early or make you the life of the party when the sun drops @ Mary’s, 3 p.m.- 6 p.m. Followed by Night Shift, 7 p.m. – Midnight. Mary’s reopens with limited capacity and per-drink prices.

West End Artist Market. All the dance music, booth vendors and outdoor LGBTQ camaraderie you can handle returns @ Wild Heaven Beer, 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Leather Luncheon. With their gathering spot closed at least temporarily, leather afficionados suit up for a big brunch each month @ Woofs, 12 noon. You love to see it.
Drag Brunch. The Sisters of Sequins perform with Bubba D. Licious at the wheel while you eat in dinner-theater style @ Lips, 12:30 p.m.
Sunday Brunch & Heifer Review. Ruby Redd drive the bus while you eat up and drink down with $20 endless Mimosas @ Midtown Moon, 1 p.m. There’s also the Other Side of the Moon drag show, 9 p.m.
Stoli Sundays with Mother. Get the day going with drink specials and Mother at the helm, then keep it going with Tim and Victor @ Hideaway, 2 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Sunday Funday. Gather at the rainbow crosswalks, then step into one of gay Atlanta’s biggest bar traditions. Cocktails, food and fun @ X Midtown, through midnight.
Beatz Sundayz. MSR does what they do with a few extras for Sunday Funday. You can knock back $3 mimosas with DJs and brunch @ My Sister’s Room, all day.
Kiki Comedy. The party you want with the queer comic co-host you love (Ian Aber), standup acts you’ll adore, and social distancing you need. Outside @ Ponce City Market, 8 p.m.
Mystic District Marketplace. The only Szn Alxndr hosts vendors with drag, DJs, raffles and prizes. Performances through midnight include Mr. Elle Aye and Canzar Szn @ The Basement, 8 p.m. – 2 a.m.
