Reader decribes future posed by Democrats | News, Sports, Jobs – The Inter-Mountain

Well, readers, you know what? It’s true. There is one in every town. Doesn’t matter what it is, there’s always one of ’em. In the case I’m going to present there’s actually more than one but you get the gist.
In last Saturday’s Inter-Mountain a writer from New Martinsville, Denny Longwell, unloaded a sack of baggage he’s apparently been carrying around since we imbedded a conservative legislature and governorship several years ago.
Mr. Longwell apparently believes if we had a Democratic majority like the good ole days all our ills would disappear and the righteous Democrats would make our state a showcase of envy to others.
In recent times West Virginia has been ending the fiscal year with a surplus and some are impressionable. From my observation, over the years the Democrats would delve that money out recklessly as fast as they could. I’ve seen it happen too many times.
What bothers me the most about the Democratic party is their insistence that we give up all morality by totally embracing or encapsulating all things gay and forcing me (by directives) to come around and accept whatever they decide, including transgender protective orders and using abortion on demand for birth control.
I’m too old to fear what they may do to me but my wife and I both worry about our grandchildren having a good career destroyed in one fell swoop because they refuse to ride this wagon of immorality. It happens to someone every day; one word spoken unintentionally or taken out of context and boom! A twenty- or thirty-year career evaporates in minutes and someone has to be helped to the car because they’re too devastated to walk.
That’s the future the Dems have to offer your talented and prodigious offspring, readers. Do not speak out against their immoral or “woke” ways or they will destroy you in a heartbeat.
No, Mr. Longwell, neither West Virginia nor the nation would be a better place to live if your mentors got themselves locked solidly into government control, calling the shots as they’re doing now. Should it come to that, long-term societal destruction will be imminent.
Parting shot: Eric Bolling of News Max said they carried Liz Cheney out with the trash Wednesday morning. Good analogy, Eric. The Never Trumpers will have to be removed one at a time. Be patient, Sen. Manchin, we’ll get to you.
