Minnesota Timberwolves star, Anthony Edwards found himself in hot water today after a viral video of his started trending. The athlete posted in his stories last night and made some disparaging comments about a group of men. Today, Anthony Edwards apologizes for the insensitive comments.
Edwards took to Twitter with his apology, trying to get ahead of critics. He shared, “What I said was immature, hurtful, and disrespectful, and I’m incredibly sorry. It’s unacceptable for me or anyone to use that language in such a hurtful way, there’s no excuse for it, at all. I was raised better than that!”
