Mel C proudly flaunted her impressive abs as she posed up a storm for a fun Attitude Magazine photoshoot this week.
The former Spice Girl, 48, gave her bandmate Victoria Beckham a run for her money while showing off her flexibility to mimic her iconic leg pose.
Given her Sport Spice mantra, it was no surprise that Mel was proudly flaunting her toned figure in a skimpy white bralet which she teamed with her trademark tracksuit.

Earlier in the week she was awarded the Honorary Gay prize by the LGBTQ+ publication for her work within the community at a swanky ceremony on Wednesday.
Later Mel went braless when she slipped into a string vest adorned with the words ‘The Sporty One’.
Living up to her persona Mel modelled a Great Britain jogging suit along with figure hugging shorts and wore a gold medal around her neck.

She will grace one of five special covers to celebrate the awards with other cover stars including Josh Cavallo, Cat Burns, Layton Williams and singer Skin.
Hosted by Michelle Visage Wednesday’s glittering ceremony at London’s The Roundhouse celebrated some of the biggest LGBTQ+ names from from film, TV, music and theatre.

Later Melanie entertained the audience and roared onto the stage in a Jaguar Ftype 75 to perform a plethora of hits including Who Do You Think You Are? and I Turn To You.
