Walgreens and The Old Gays have partnered to promote the new features available within the retailers app that are perfect for helping mature consumers stay on top of their health.

The partnership consists of the all-gay group participating in a commercial where they’re introduced to the app for handling prescriptions and more. The app offers users the ability to get pill reminders, refills by scanning their prescriptions and even chat with pharmacists on a 24/7 basis. The campaign is promotes inclusivity for members of the LGBTQ+ community and beyond.

Walgreens Pharmacist at an HIV-specialized pharmacy in Los Angeles Loza Theodros spoke on the Walgreens and The Old Gays partnership saying, “For those with chronic conditions like HIV, taking medications on a regular basis is crucial for managing their health. Setting up automatic refills or selecting same-day delivery can remove barriers to keeping on top of a medication regimen, and give time back for what matters most —like dance practice.”
