Maryland teen indicted for alleged gay-bashing attack – New York Daily News

New Jersey Acting Attorney General Andrew J. Bruck announced Thursday that 18-year-old José Tobias Carranza Serrano, who also goes by Kevin Lopez, has been charged with attempted homicide in the first degree, bias intimidation in the first degree, robbery in the first degree, and aggravated assault in the second degree.
