Knives Out’s Daniel Craig baffled by fuss over Chris Evans’ iconic … – Digital Spy

Knives Out was a pretty memorable little whodunnit for a multitude of reasons, some of those being Daniel Craig’s absurd accent, Ana De Armas’s breakout performance, and Chris Evans’ jumper.

The Captain America actor played the villain of the film (well, one of them), yet his attire was very much ‘Non-Threatening Boys Magazine‘ energy. Maybe that’s the reason everyone collectively went cuckoo over the jumper.

One person who doesn’t get all the hype is Daniel Craig, who is back as Benoit Blanc for sequel Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery.

Speaking to BBC Radio 1, Craig said that: “It’s the bit that goes over my head. I don’t understand.

“It’s like, so Chris Evans is wearing a jumper? It’s like he’s naked or at least naked from the sort of waist down, wearing a jumper.

“I’m like, ‘He’s just wearing a jumper,’ News is like, ‘Chris Evans wears jumper!’ [But] sure, it’s a living. He does it very well. He wears it very beautifully.”

The high fashion moment from the second film is most likely Benoit Blanc’s collection of cravats. For anyone looking for more about the world’s most famous detective, we at Digital Spy have looked in depth to see if the detective is gay, or if he’s really gay.

Following a brief cinematic release, Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery is now out on Netflix, and it’s done pretty well on there in terms of viewing hours.

Knives Out is available to rent or buy on DVD, Blu-ray or as a digital download – and its sequel Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery is streaming on on Netflix.
