Mrs. Jerrie Cook, age 83, of Colquitt died Friday, December 23, 2022, at Southeast Health in Dothan.

Funeral services were held Thursday, December 29, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. at Eldorendo Baptist Church. Interment followed in the church cemetery. Serving as pallbearers were Phillip Moore, Lee Brock, Levi Gay, Casey Brock, Phillip Cook, and Austin Stewart.

Visitation was at the church from 1:00-2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 29, 2022.

Mrs. Cook was a homemaker and a member of Eldorendo Baptist Church.

She is survived by two daughters, Melissa “Lisa” (Otis) Brock of Bainbridge, and Karen (Luke) Cook of Colquitt; six grandchildren, Phillip Cook, Todd Cook, Stephanie (Levi) Gay, Lee (Ashley) Brock, Casey (Kristin) Brock, and Megan (Austin) Stewart; five great grandchildren, Kayden Cook, Liam Gay, Sawyer Gay, Adaline Brock, and Alivia Brock; a large number of nieces and nephews; and her caregiver, Angie Morgan. Mrs. Cook was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Cook; one daughter, Dawn Pickren; one son, Mark Lee Adams; one sister, Jean George; and her parents, D.C. and Callie Mae Braswell Maddox.

Colquitt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
