COLUMBIANA COUNTY MUNICIPAL

LISBON — In Columbiana County Municipal Court, a case against Mark E. Durbin, 54, Warren, was bound over to the grand jury. Durbin is charged with tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, and misdemeanor counts of possession of a drug abuse instrument, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia, expired license and a brake light violation after he allegedly threw to the ground several folds containing what he admitted to being fentanyl while being arrested following a traffic stop in Columbiana Oct. 10.

A pretrial was set Oct. 31 for Robert Andrew Fair, 43, McKinnon Avenue, East Liverpool, charged with domestic violence for allegedly physically harming a minor at his home Oct. 17.

A pretrial was set Dec. 5 for John A. Flask, 39, state Route 172, Lisbon, charged with OVI first offense, OVI breath .08 grams first offense and speed.

A pretrial was set Dec. 5 for Samantha A. Adams, 38, Clarks Mill Road, Hammondsville, charged with prohibition against violations of a board for allegedly failing to obey a March 2021 order by the Columbiana County Board of Health to clean up a Washington Township property.

A pretrial was set Nov. 14 for Christian M. Ruble, 22, Lake Front Drive, Beloit, charged with driving under suspension.

A pretrial was set Nov. 29 for Rachel Jay Thompson, 19, Chris Avenue, Washingtonville, charged with speed.

A pretrial was set Dec. 1 for Sarah Ellen Bobby, 27, West Pine Lake Road, Salem, charged with OVI first and failure to control.

Jeffrey J. Carr, 47, Youngstown, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.

Devin Andrew Decker, 34, Boardman, was fined $75 for driving under suspension.

Phillip Devine, 32, Monroe Avenue, Salem, was sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $150, placed on two years probation and ordered to complete 20 hours community service and substance abuse evaluation for disorderly conduct amended from illegal use or possession of drugs.

Yolanda Lee Hines, 52, state Route 9, Kensington, was fined $200 for no operator’s license amended from driving under suspension and failure to control.

Mark A Bailey, 58, Wine Street, Minerva, was fined $75 for driving under suspension.

Donald L. Parker, 74, Parker Road, East Palestine, was fined $300 for two counts of disorderly conduct amended from disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Mario Ashkar, 34, Pittsburgh, was sentenced to 30 days in jail (suspended), fined $350, placed on two years probation and ordered to complete 50 hours of community service and a mental health evaluation for disorderly conduct amended from obstructing official business and possession of marijuana.

Sara Christine Noling, 33, East Taggert Street, East Palestine, was ordered to commence an eight-day jail sentence after failing to arrive in August on a charge of criminal trespass.

Tiffany Marie Wooley, 35, state Route 39, East Liverpool, was fined $75 for driving under suspension.

William G. Hugar, 55, East Taggert Street, East Palestine, was sentenced to 180 days in jail (170 suspended, six credited), fined $300, placed on two years probation, ordered to complete 30 hours of community service and anger management evaluation and prohibited from contacting the victim for domestic violence.

Christian P. Freeland, 22, Warren, was sentenced to 60 days in jail (58 suspended, two credited), fined $300, placed on two years probation and ordered to complete 50 hours community service and mental health and substance abuse evaluations for criminal damaging and criminal trespassing.

Timothea Marie Deeter, 26, Park Avenue, East Palestine, was fined $25 for expired tags.

Erica L. Clutter, 44, Linda Way, New Waterford, was fined $50 for an equipment violation amended from speed.

Lanae Jordyn Ferguson, 21, Warren, incurred no fine for unauthorized plate.

Malik R. Pullie, 25, Commerce Street, Wellsville, was fined $230 for driving under suspension, speed and no seatbelt.

Heather Rochelle Hurst, 50, Brookfield Avenue, Lisbon, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct.

Michael P. Souers Jr., 35, East Fourth Street, Salem, was fined $300 and sentenced to seven days (credited) for disorderly conduct, disorderly conduct intoxication and menacing.

Alecia M. O’Hanlon, 36, Dunn Road, East Liverpool, was sentenced to 390 days in jail (379 suspended, 11 credited), fined $300, placed on two years probation and ordered to complete 30 hours community service and substance abuse evaluation for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence and two counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Perry Wayne, 55, Aliquippa, Pa., was fined $750, sentenced to 60 days in jail (suspended), placed on two years probation and ordered to complete 40 hours of community service and an anti-prostitution class for disorderly conduct amended from engaging in prostitution and possession of criminal tools.

Nicholas A. Bertolucci, 42, Ridge Road, Minerva, was sentenced to 30 days in jail (23 suspended, seven credited), fined $250, placed on two years probation and ordered to complete 20 hours community service and anger management class for disorderly conduct amended from domestic violence.

Sharon Louise Erhardt, 65, Poland, was fined $45 for speed.

MaKinzey Sue Gay, 21, Columbia Street, Salem, was fined $150 for improper backing amended from failure to stop after an accident.

Holly M. McMahon, 43, Ohio Avenue, Salem, was sentenced to 90 days in jail (87 suspended, three credited), had her license suspended for one year, fined $975, placed on two years probation and ordered to complete 20 hours community service and substance abuse evaluation for OVI and marked lanes.

Bryan Anthony Veglio, 30, Ruth Street, East Liverpool, was fined $180 for driving under suspension and loud exhaust.

Lynn Ann Petry, 49, Youngstown, was fined $100 for reckless operation.

Mohamed A.A. Nahshal, 21, Youngstown, was fined $100 fro possession of marijuana.

Christopher L. McMillen, 36, state Route 517, Lisbon, was sentenced to 60 days in jail (57 suspended, three credited), fined $950, had his license suspended for one year, placed on two years probation and ordered to complete 20 hours community service and substance abuse evaluation for OVI first offense, OVI breath .08 grams first offense and speed.

George A. Jakubisn, 65, Indiana Avenue, Salem, menacing by stalking dismissed.

Matthew D. Mraz Sr., 49, Edgewood Drive, Columbiana, driving under suspension dismissed.

Jacob Allen Strader, 24, McCracken Road, Salem, had charges of driving under suspension and speed dismissed.

Rebecca L. Bollinger, 31, West Martin Street, East Palestine, had a charge of assault dismissed.
