Hulu: The Best Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Trans Movies & TV Shows – IndieWire
Hulu may have started out as the redheaded stepchild of the streamers back in Netflix’s heyday, but it has stuck around long enough to have firmly established itself as one of the old standbys. It follows, then, that Hulu would have a veritable font of LGBTQ+ content to trot out during Pride month, and a brief perusal of its LGBTQ+ section will not disappoint. Hosting popular classics like “The L Word,” “Killing Eve,” and “Booksmart,” we’ve culled the roster to encourage viewers to seek out less familiar titles.
Recent Hulu originals like “Fire Island” and “Love, Victor” of course deserve singling out, but so do their forebears, such as old school classics like “Saving Face” (2004) and “Boys on The Side” (1995). Whether its film or TV, funny or tearjerker, Hulu has you covered with some of the best queer stories around.
