Greenville Gay Men’s Chorus to present a free holiday performance – Greenville Journal
The Greenville Gay Men’s Chorus (GGMC) will present “What A Gay Holiday!” on Dec. 10 at 7 p.m. in the sanctuary at First Baptist Church at 847 Cleveland St. in Greenville.
The free performance will feature a new musical work arranged for the all-male chorus, as well as holiday favorites and parodies of classic songs.
“After nearly two years, the holidays are the perfect time for us to be singing in front of a live audience again,” said GGMC artistic director Shelton Ridge Love. “Our first objective as an organization is to build community through our music and message. We are ecstatic to be doing that in person again.”
The GGMC’s last performance was on March 9, 2020, at the Peace Center with the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus.
