Gay Director of Space Lab Settles Covid-Based Remote Work Claims – Bloomberg Law

The nonprofit that manages NASA’s International Space Station National Laboratory and a gay director of programs settled claims over the end of his Covid-based remote work arrangement.
Gary Rodrigue, whose husband is immunocompromised, and the Center for the Advancement of Science in Space Inc. told the US District Court for the Central District of California on Wednesday that they “agreed upon a settlement of this matter” on Oct. 28. That came after they participated in mediation on Oct. 26 and the parties “are working on finalizing the settlement agreement,” according to the joint status report filed with the court.
