A gay “senior-level executive” lacked proof that Comcast has paid him less than similarly situated heterosexual employees or that he faced illegal retaliation for complaining about pay bias, a Philadelphia federal judge ruled.
Klayton Fennell is a senior vice president of government affairs based in Philadelphia. His elevation to that position in 2015 was the third promotion he received after being hired as a director of government affairs in 2001.
