A gay Catholic Relief Services data analyst whose husband’s health insurance was terminated after CRS said it had mistakenly granted coverage prevailed on most of his sex discrimination claims in Maryland federal court.
“John Doe” began working at CRS in 2016, and CRS approved the enrollment of Doe’s husband in its health benefits plan at the time, according to the US District Court for the District of Maryland.
