STARKVILLE – Mississippi State fans may need to set their alarms for the start of the NFL’s Week 10 schedule on Sunday.

The Bulldogs have a bout with top-ranked Georgia on Saturday night but have two former players getting an early start the following morning in Munich, Germany. Seattle Seahawks offensive linemen Charles Cross and Gabe Jackson get things underway at 8:30 a.m. CT as they take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on NFL Network.

A head-to-head matchup between Montez Sweat and the Washington Commanders against the unbeaten Philadelphia Eagles featuring Fletcher Cox and Darius Slay will bookend Week 10 on Monday Night Football.

There are also two other NFL games pitting former MSU players’ teams against one another. Logan Cooke and the Jacksonville Jaguars travel to face the Kansas City Chiefs and Wille Gay Jr. and Chris Jones at noon on Sunday.

Also squaring off Sunday at 3:25 p.m. will be Dak Prescott and the Dallas Cowboys invading the Green Bay Packers. The Packers picked up former first-round pick Johnathan Abram off waivers on Wednesday and teams up with former Bulldogs Kylin Hill, Elgton Jenkins and Preston Smith at Lambeau Field.

The rest of State’s former defensive backs in the NFL are all on the road Sunday at noon this week. Cameron Dantzler and the Minnesota Vikings visit the Buffalo Bills, Martin Emerson and the Cleveland Browns travel to the Miami Dolphins and J.T. Gray and the New Orleans Saints trek to the Pittsburgh Steelers.

After visiting Starkville last weekend, Tyre Phillps returns to the New York Giants as they welcome the Houston Texans while the Tennessee Titans defensive duo of Denico Autry and Jeffery Simmons host the Denver Broncos.

Both the Giants-Texans and Broncos-Titans games are slated for noon starts on CBS.
