President Of Zambia Promises Gay Marriage
The President of Zambia, Hakainde Hichilema, wants to change Zambia’s long-standing unfavorable attitude toward the LGBT population. Zambia’s current legal position on same-sex relationships and orientation is outdated, based on laws and ideas from a bygone era when the country was still a British colony.
According to The American Reporter, currently, same-sex relationships fall under the country’s sodomy laws and are punishable by up to 14 years in prison.
Hichilema, a rich businessman and Zambian politician, wants to change the country’s legal attitudes on homosexual relationships by proposing to decriminalize homosexuality and even allow gay weddings.
Hichilema, a recurrent presidential candidate, has run for president five times without success, yet he continues to run, citing reversal on homosexual rights as a pillar issue of his program.
Trans Activists Object to Vax Pass That Would Reveal Their Gender Identity

Transgender activists in Italy have expressed their opposition to the coronavirus “Green Pass,” alleging that it would expose information about their gender.
“Transgender persons will have to display a QR code that will relate to personal information, which creates a lot of discomforts and exposes the person,” Christian Cristalli, president and co-founder of the advocacy organization Gruppo Trans Bologna, told Breitbart.
In the case of vaccination passports, privacy has been a big concern. Rob Shavell, co-founder and CEO of the internet privacy firm Abine, told Breitbart London in March that there was a possibility of data leakage.
Italy is set to start using the Green Pass in early August, and it will be required for large gatherings, eating and drinking at in-door restaurants, and access to gyms and theaters.
