Fourth Annual Margaret M. Calarco Leadership Lectureship Set for Oct. 21 – Michigan Medicine Headlines

All Michigan Medicine faculty and staff are invited to attend the 4th annual Margaret M. Calarco Leadership Lectureship, which will be held on Friday, Oct. 21, from 2:30 – 3:30 p.m.

A co-sponsored event by U-M Health and U-M School of Nursing, the Calarco Lectureship is in honor of Margaret Calarco, former chief nurse executive of the U-M Health System.

This year’s lecture will be held live at Danto Auditorium inside the Frankel Cardiovascular Center. Attendees can tune in on Zoom or join a live viewing at the School of Nursing’s Lecture Hall (Room 2250) on 426 North Ingalls.

The featured speaker is Gay L. Landstrom, Ph.D., R.N., NEA-BC, FAONL, FACHE, the Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer of Trinity Health. The title of her lecture is “Care Delivery Models of the Future: Technology for Virtual Care for the In-Patient and Ambulatory Care.”

Those who attend can receive 1.0 continuing education nursing contact credit hours.
