Eight-time World Champion Don Gay is not only an icon in the sport of bull riding but National Finals Rodeo commentator as well as he is known for his authentic reactions and positive attitude during the event as his play-by-plays have become a staple of the NFR.

As seven-time World Champion Sage Kimzey continues to earn titles, he inches closer and closer to breaking Gay’s record.

“Donnie’s been in my corner since day one I don’t think there’s anybody that knows more or has seen more about the sport of bull riding, I’m just thankful for his support in this journey . . . records are meant to be broken,” Kimzey said.
