Darlis Fae Fultz, 82, formerly of Old Stage Road, McClure, passed away at 3:15 a.m., Saturday, July 16, 2022, at Valley View Haven, Belleville.

Born Aug. 30, 1939, in Lewistown, she was a daughter of the late John and Genevieve (Gay) Leister.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: husband, Rodger Fultz Sr.; son, Harold Fultz and his wife, Denise; and seven siblings, Genevieve Stull, Lorraine Yetter, Harold, Jay “Jack,” John and Floyd “Dick” Leister and Mabel Wagner.

Darlis is survived by: sons, Rodger Fultz Jr. and wife, Deneise, of Middleburg, and William Fultz and fiancee, Pam Wilkes, of McClure; five grandchildren, Tawny L. Fultz and Jacob L. Fultz, both of Middleburg, Drew A. Fultz and Wade A. Fultz, both of Lewistown, and Alanna Fenlon and husband, Kyle, of Jacksonville, Fla.; and a sister, Gertie Wagner and husband, Larry, of San Antonio, Texas.

She was a graduate of Lewistown High School, Class of 1957.

She was a member of Dormantown Lutheran Church.

Darlis retired from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as an auditor. She loved going for car rides in the country and the beautiful scenery.

A viewing will be held from 1 to 2 p.m., Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at Heller-Hoenstine Funeral Homes, 108 First Ave., Burnham, followed by the funeral service at 2 p.m., with Mr. David Pennebaker officiating.

A private graveside service and interment will take place at Dormantown Lutheran Cemetery, McClure.
