Well, it seems like all the speculations were true! Since the music video for BTSJungkook and Charlie Puth’s collab song, Left and Right was released, there have been rumours about it featuring a gay relationship. Fans had a lot of fun making theories and trying to find those subtle details in the MV. As it turns out, you all were right and Charlie himself directly or indirectly confirmed it.

Charlie Puth can be seen in the video talking to a therapist and expressing how he is unable to let go of ‘this person’ and keeps seeing him everywhere. This is obviously Jungkook, who also sings similar lines.

Many ARMYs and other fans became curious and suggested that the video featured the two as exes. And as it turns out, they might have been right. Recently Charlie Puth took to his Instagram story to post a screenshot of a comment where the user can be seen explaining what they think the video is about.

The comment read, “Since no one else is pictured besides the two, the assumption that the two guys are occupying each other’s mind, which I think is great! I’m all for normalizing this.” They even pointed out the use of contrasting colours in the MV echoing the two singers’ opposite personalities.
