Boosie Clarifies Comments On Gay Community & Lil Nas X, Inta Bans + More | The Breakfast Club | The Breakfast Club – iHeartRadio
It’s always an interesting time when Boosie Badazz pulls up The Breakfast Club, and this Monday morning was no different when the rapper sat down with The Breakfast Club and talked about comments that he’s made about the gay community and Lil Nas X. He also got into Instagram banning him over his at times controversial posts.
About his comments on the gay community and Lil Nas, he says that he had to speak up because as far straight people of the world goes “you don’t have an opinion anymore” and because no other “straight rapper” stepped up to address young kids loving Lil Nas. Boosie continues on to say that he feels that “they’re taking our children” because “who love these rappers? The kids!” Boosie also says that he feels like they’re pushing a negative influence “on our younger generation.”
When the head of Instagram, Adam Mosseri, popped in earlier this month, The Breast breakfast Club asked him about banning Boosie over his posts, but yet allowing other users at times even Kim Kardashian to post things that could also be classified as nudity. “I was so proud of you!” Boosie tells DJ Envy about bringing up what he calls “black and brown discrimination on Instagram.” He also attributes being targeted due to visibility. “We took over in the Corona. On social media platforms, you didn’t see nobody caucasian…and I think he got tired of seeing us” he continues.
