Gay Atlanta events for Memorial Day are all stacked up and ready for you to knock down if you’re staying in town. The Queer Agenda features softball days, bar nights and dance parties.

Friday, May 28
Big Peach F*ck It Friday Players Party. Get a jump on the weekend softball tournament with players from all corners. JayR and Eric make sure “anything goes,” and player wristbands get drink specials all weekend @ Hideaway, 10 p.m.
Friday BBQ. Atlanta’s gay sports bar does in-person as well as to-go food and cocktails. Fridays are extra special with a taste-escape to backyard ‘cues @ Woofs, 11:30 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Glitz & Glam Dinner Theater. Dinner and a show amid the fancy theater experience of Atlanta’s premiere drag restaurant and bar. Make Reservations @ Lips Atlanta, 6 p.m., 9 p.m. and the Taboo Show at 11:30 p.m.
Queer Bait. East Atlanta’s gay bar limits capacity but is reopen with $5 cover and per-drink pricing @ Mary’s, 7 p.m. – 10 p.m.
Fem Friday: Funny Fridaze. The backyard and patio are open for women who love women who love open-air parties, with two levels indoors @ My Sister’s Room, 8 p.m. – 3 a.m.
Sin Friday. Dancers, drinks and DJ Rob Reum @ Ten Atlanta, 10 p.m.
Madams of the Moonlight. Legendary queens doing legendary things @ Midtown Moon, 10 p.m.
Saturday, May 29
Big Peach. The 35th anniversary of the gay softball tournament brings teams from around the country @ Johnson Park & V-Plex, all day and Sunday too. Tonight, it’s a Softball Saturday Night party with DJ Darlene and drink specials @ Hideaway, 10 p.m.
Atlanta United Tailgate. The local pro soccer club continues its season and the LGBTQ tailgaters of All Stripes are all over it @ 58 Mangum St. NW, 11 a.m. There’s also a socially distanced All Stripes Watch Party on the TVs @ Coda Collective, 3 p.m.
Charis Porch Pop-Up. Special deals outside with the trans- and lesbian-led feminist booksellers @ Charis Books & More, 12 noon – 4 p.m.
#Daydrunk. Drink specials put you to bed early or make you the life of the party when the sun drops @ Mary’s, 3 p.m.- 6 p.m. Followed by Night Shift, 7 p.m. – 12 midnight. Mary’s reopens with limited capacity and per-drink prices.
Glitz & Glam. Charlie Brown and her girls give you dinner and a show in Atlanta’s drag restaurant and bar. Make reservations @ Lips Atlanta, 6 p.m., 9 p.m. and the Taboo Show at 11:30 p.m.
Miss American Dream. A Not-So-Funny Parody of Britney’s Breakdown follows Ms. Spears through infamous 2007 night before she checks herself into rehab. Dad, Jamie and her nanny are there @ Role Call Theatre, 7 p.m. Runs Saturdays and Sundays through June 12.
MSR: Sexy Saturday. Atlanta women who love women who love Saturday night @ My Sister’s Room, 8 p.m. doors, 11 p.m. show.
Pop! DJ Nova does the music and video party gays and gals need @ Blake’s 9 p.m.
Chunk. Big boys get some love with DJs Cakes and Dicap, plus hot go-go bears @ Heretic, 10 p.m.
Midtown Saturday Night. Gather your gay-guy gaggle @ X Midtown, 10 p.m.
Divas of the Moonlight. Myah Ross Monroe, Angelica D’Paige Brooks and more cast a spell @ Midtown Moon, 10 p.m.
Stand Out Stand Up. It’s an LGBTQ+ comedy show running every Saturday through the end of July @ Role Call Theatre, 10:30 p.m.
Xion Afterhours with DJ Morabito. Late-night-early-morning dance party @ Wish Lounge, 3 a.m. – 7 a.m.
Sunday, May 30
T-Dance Barbecue. DJ Mike Pope heads outside for flame-grilled beats and burgers, then Big Peach teams wind down their weekend with closing ceremonies @ Heretic, 3 p.m. – 9 p.m. The special Sunday hours continue with DJ Kidd Madonny inside on the dance floor, 10 p.m.
Drag Brunch. The Sisters of Sequins perform with Bubba D. Licious at the wheel while you eat in dinner-theater style @ Lips, 12:30 p.m.
Sunday Brunch & Heifer Review. Ruby Redd drives the bus while you eat up and drink down with $20 endless Mimosas @ Midtown Moon, 1 p.m. There’s also the Other Side of the Moon drag show, 9 p.m.
Sunday T-Dance. DJ Bill Berdeaux and Bud Light Seltzers make the day special, then it’s Tim and Victor’s Honey Pot Bear Night @ Hideaway, 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Sunday Funday. Gather at the rainbow crosswalks, then step into one of gay Atlanta’s biggest bar traditions. Cocktails, food, shows and fun @ X Midtown, through 12 midnight.
Beatz Sundayz. MSR does what they do with a few extras for Sunday Funday. You can knock back $3 mimosas with DJs and brunch @ My Sister’s Room, all day.
