Baltimore City is closing out the summer season with the first Charm City Live Festival.There will be music, food and fun at Baltimore’s War Memorial Plaza this weekend. Some artists to take the stage include Jon B., Kelly Price, Stokley Williams and Rebecca Black.Several garages and parking lots onsite will be available and designated for the event. Some downtown roads will start to close at 6 a.m. Saturday and remain closed until midnight. City transportation officials said residents can expect road closures at Gay, Baltimore, Saratoga, Lexington and Fayette streets. Detours may be subject to change.Westbound East Fayette Street detour No. 1Turn right onto the northbound Fallsway to the second traffic signal. Then, turn left onto East Pleasant Street, turn a left turn onto Guilford Avenue, proceed south toward East Fayette Street, then turn right.Westbound E. Fayette Street detour No. 2Turn left turn onto South President Street. At the second traffic signal, turn right onto East Lombard Street and travel west for about five blocks. Then, turn right onto North Calvert Street and proceed north toward East Fayette Street, then turn left.Southbound South President Street detour Follow President Street south, turn right onto East Lombard Street, proceed west for about five blocks toward Calvert Street, then turn right onto North Calvert Street.
