American Airlines, Gay Worker With HIV Settle Retaliation Suit – Bloomberg Law
American Airlines Inc. and a gay, HIV-positive crew scheduler who said he was terminated because of his sex and disability discrimination complaints have settled his lawsuit, Pennsylvania federal court records show.
Gregory Krohmer and the airline filed a report Nov. 19 informing the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania that they resolved his Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act and Americans with Disabilities Act retaliation claims during a Nov. 3 settlement conference. The court later on Nov. 19 ordered the case marked closed.
