Rock the Park
The Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce is hosting free, monthly tribute band concerts on the first Wednesday of every month. This month’s evening festivities will feature Brad Ford & Fortunate Son, a Creedence Clearwater Revival tribute group.

Free Movies for the Kids
The Cathedral City Parks and Community Events Commission partnered with the Mary Pickford Theatre to present a free summer movie series for kids. This week, the theater will screen “Detective Pikachu.”

Among Friends Film Screening and Cocktails
Among Friends presents an interactive screening of the 1939 film “The Women.” This event is for ages 21 and up.

Broadway Showstoppers
Glenn Rosenblum and Karen Morrow perform hidden gems of Broadway Musicals of the ’60s at this event dedicated to the Great White Way.

‘Godspell’
This musical follows a small group of people who help Jesus Christ tell different parables by using games, storytelling techniques and comic timing.

The Rockyard
Listen to various tribute bands at The Rock Yard outdoor concert stage each weekend. This weekend features Foreigner tribute band Urgent LA on Friday and Godsmack tribute band 1,000 HP on Saturday. Food and drinks are available for purchase.

Summer Sing-A-Long: ‘Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory’
The Summer Sing-A-Long series is back with returning and new musicals every week. Start off the night with a happy hour upstairs in the VIP lounge with drink specials, Mildred’s happy hour menu and episodes of “Schmigadoon!” and “Glee.” The song leaders from the Palm Springs Gay Men’s Chorus will join the sing-a-long film. This week will be “Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory.”
